Responsibilities

• Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area.
• Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete reports as required.
• Maintain professional appearance, uphold safety, confidentiality, and company policies.
• Move about the lobby and surrounding areas for extended periods and assist in the bell area as needed.
