Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or vocational training in hospitality/concierge.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and warmly from arrival to departure.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel and local services.
• Utilize Opera guest profile system to understand guest preferences.
• Assist with handling luggage to and from rooms during check-in/check-out.
• Deliver messages, mail and packages promptly in a professional manner.
• Deliver newspapers to rooms and communicate guest messages promptly.
• Keep concierge desk and store room clean, tidy and organized.
