Rotana is seeking a Bellboy for our Fujairah property to provide professional, guest-focused service from arrival through departure. You will assist guests with luggage, deliver messages and newspapers, and coordinate with departments to ensure a memorable stay.

Formación

• Diploma in hospitality or concierge training required.
• Front desk/concierge experience preferred.
• Strong customer service focus and professional presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist guests from arrival to departure.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and local attractions.
• Use Opera system to access guest profiles and preferences.
• Handle luggage to rooms and during check-out.
• Deliver messages, packages, and newspapers promptly and professionally.
