Fairmont The Palm is seeking a Front Office professional to manage guest arrivals and departures, registrations, and on-going guest inquiries in a luxury setting on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. You will uphold service standards, promote loyalty programs, and closely coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping and other teams.

Minimum 1 year of hotel experience preferred; fluency in English and another language is desired. Opera PMS knowledge and Windows proficiency are assets.

Qualificações

• Passion for guest service with professional presentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Highly organized, able to work under pressure and multi-task.

Responsabilidades

• Execute daily arrival and departure processes for guests per standards.
• Perform registration by collecting guest data following guidelines.
• Review group resumes, VIP reports, and daily business reports.
• Maintain high standards of appearance and grooming and adhere to policies.
• Support Concierge or Telephone Operator as required.
• Handle guest messages and resolve complaints with managers.
• Promote hotel services, loyalty program and upsell opportunities.
• Ensure secure handling of room keys and valuables.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to expedite turnover and room readiness.
