Job summary

Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is seeking a passionate Guest Service Officer to join our Front Office team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, personalized service throughout check-in and stay.

Fluency in English and Russian is required; previous front office experience in hospitality is preferred. You will handle guest inquiries, reservations, and billing with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Russian is required; other languages are a plus.
• Previous Front Office or guest services experience in hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with standard office software; Opera PMS experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and deliver memorable experiences throughout their stay.
• Manage check-in and check-out, room assignments, registration, and billing accurately.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle complaints with professionalism and empathy; recover service as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, promotions, and local attractions.
• Process reservations, room changes, and guest profiles per Hyatt standards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and other departments for seamless service.
• Operate Front Office systems and maintain guest records and documentation.
• Perform cashiering, including cash handling, currency exchange, and billing reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt standards, health, safety, and confidentiality.
• Support service excellence and guest satisfaction scores through teamwork.
• Participate in training and maintain professional grooming and appearance.
