Job summary

Rotana Hotels’ The Cove Rotana in Ras Al Khaimah invites applications for a Lobby Ambassador who will greet guests, provide information, and ensure a smooth lobby flow. You will assist visitors, answer questions, and coordinate with security to maintain a safe, welcoming reception area.

Ideal candidates possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Customer service experience and basic security knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with guests and handle any issues or complaints in a professional manner
