Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engage hotel guests to enhance the service experience in the lobby and outlets.
• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services and coordinate with providers.
• Gather, summarize, and share local area knowledge to inform guests about amenities and events.
• Coordinate with Bellperson, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage to resolve requests and problems.
• Follow all policies, maintain a professional appearance, and uphold safety and confidentiality.
