Al Bandar Rotana & Al Bandar Arjaan by Rotana in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Ambassador to lead guest-facing service and ensure a memorable dining experience. You will welcome guests, seat them, take orders, and coordinate with the service team to deliver top-quality F&B while upholding brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have a hospitality diploma/degree with two years in a similar role, fluent English, and familiarity with Micros.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in the hospitality field with two years of experience in a similar role.
Fluent in written and spoken English; familiarity with Micros desirable.
Leadership and supervisory experience is a definite plus.

Responsibilities

Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service.
Welcome guests to the outlet, escort to tables, and be available as a contact point.
Answer inquiries promptly and attend to guest requests with a courteous approach.
Ensure food and beverage orders meet quality standards and are delivered promptly.
Assist colleagues to meet service goals and maintain smooth operation.
Use upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.
Maintain guest history data and capture source information per shift.
Coordinate reservations, manage the reservation book and respond to telephone inquiries impeccably.
Supervise service staff to ensure duties are performed per standards.
Ensure outlet setup and cleanliness for service and safety.
