Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a five-star hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls promptly and professionally according to standards.
• Handle faxes and messages for in-house and expected guests.
• Manage emergencies and escalate guest concerns as needed.
• Attend daily briefings and maintain accurate shift records.
• Record wake-up calls and ensure timely delivery.
