Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dubai is seeking a Fitness Centre Receptionist/Assistant to support the daily operations of its gym and wellness facilities. You will schedule Aerobics classes, assist in maintaining supplies, and handle administrative forms to ensure smooth service for guests and staff.

The role emphasizes professional, courteous service, responding to inquiries, and fostering positive relationships with guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Holder of an international certification in fitness or physical education, with minimum of 2 years work experience as fitness instructor or Fitness Receptionist

Responsibilities

• To effectively schedule Aerobics classes
• To assist in maintaining the inventory of supplies for the Fitness Centre.
• To complete all administrative forms necessary for efficient functioning.
• To provide the appropriate level of professional, courteous and caring service to other employees (internal customers) and other visitors to the division.
• To handle guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.
• To maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
