Accor Group is seeking a Bell Attendant for the QE2 in Dubai. The role includes providing attentive assistance to guests during their stay, handling luggage, and maintaining high service standards.

Ideal candidates will have experience in guest services preferably within a 4- or 5-star hotel. Responsibilities include greeting guests, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience and supporting hotel operations. A friendly demeanor, customer service orientation, and knowledge of Dubai are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest services or a bell desk role within a 4- or 5-star hotel preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
• Strong physical stamina for lifting and transporting luggage.
• Knowledge of Dubai's major attractions and transport routes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous assistance.
• Handle guest luggage with care and deliver it safely.
• Coordinate with valet and bell desk to manage vehicle parking.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of bell desk and lobby areas.
• Support Concierge and Front Office for seamless guest movement.
