Job summary

Anantara Hotels & Resorts is seeking a friendly Bell Attendant for Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara in Abu Dhabi. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage during check-in and check-out, escort guests to rooms, and provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.

You should be energetic, service-oriented, with strong communication skills and the physical ability to handle luggage. Fluency in English is required; other languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in, check-out, and room changes.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide basic information about hotel facilities and services.
• Handle and store guest luggage safely and accurately.
• Assist with arranging taxis and transportation when required.
• Deliver guest items, messages, parcels, and other requested materials promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel entrance, lobby, and luggage storage areas.
• Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, restaurants, local attractions, and transportation.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and other departments to fulfil guest requests.
• Handle guest requests and concerns courteously and elevate issues when necessary.
• Maintain professional grooming, appearance, and behaviour at all times.
• Follow hotel safety, security, and guest confidentiality procedures.
• Support the Front Office team in creating memorable and personalized guest experiences.
