Job summary

WPP is seeking a Growth Strategy Associate Director in Dubai to lead strategic work across pitches and growth initiatives. You will coordinate with growth, intelligence, and marketing teams to deliver compelling strategies for key multi-market clients.

You’ll bring senior-level strategic thinking and client-facing experience, supporting the Head of Growth and collaborating with senior leadership across UAE, KSA, and wider markets.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in strategy, growth, or client-facing roles in media or marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and present strategic thinking for pitches and prospecting.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills with cross-market collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support multi-market pitches and global prospecting opportunities.
• Lead local pitches from strategy to presentation delivery.
• Develop and present strategies in pitches and internal meetings.
• Collaborate with brand planning and insights teams to shape growth narratives.
