Job summary

WPP Media in Dubai is seeking a Growth Strategy Associate Director to lead strategic work across pitches and growth initiatives. You will spearhead multi-market strategies, collaborate with the Growth, Intelligence, and Marketing teams, and work with senior leadership to win and retain key clients in UAE, KSA and wider markets.

You will bring strong client-facing experience, expert storytelling, and the ability to translate business challenges into differentiated strategic opportunities,

Qualifications

• Strong experience in strategy, growth, new business or client-facing strategic roles.
• Proven ability to develop and present compelling strategic thinking in pitches and prospecting.
• Ability to translate business and marketing challenges into differentiated opportunities and ideas.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across markets and seniority levels.
• Proactive, commercially minded and able to lead strategic workstreams independently.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic workstreams across multi-market pitches and growth initiatives.
• Lead on medium and small local pitches from strategy writing to presentation.
• Develop and present compelling strategies in pitch and prospecting meetings.
• Collaborate with agency brand planning teams to apply distinctive planning approaches.
• Share learnings and best practices across the wider strategy team and markets.
