Job summary

Kempinski Dubai invites an experienced Assistant Room Service Manager to lead a professional service team within the Food & Beverage outlet. You will ensure courteous, efficient service in line with Kempinski standards, drive sales, manage costs, and support the Room Service Manager in daily operations.

You will supervise staff, maintain high personal grooming and presentation, participate in training, and contribute to monthly performance analysis. A 5* hotel background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in F&B management, preferably with a 5* hotel chain.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proactive and customer‑oriented with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Room Service Manager and supervise Room Service staff.
• Drive high quality service while controlling costs and maintaining profitability.
• Lead daily operations, attend meetings and communicate with the culinary team.
• Ensure compliance with Kempinski standards and hotel policies.
• Prepare outlet reports and participate in monthly performance reviews.
• Provide upselling and menu guidance to guests.
