Job summary

ORMAE in the UAE seeks a Manager – Presales & Growth to lead market outreach, content creation, and presales support for our products and solutions.

You will develop customer-facing materials, coordinate with branding agencies, and drive campaigns across LinkedIn, websites, blogs, newsletters, and events, collaborating with sales and product teams to translate technical capabilities into business value.

Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing or related preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Communications/Engineering.
• 5+ years in Presales, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or similar.
• Proven ability to convert technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized presales and marketing content including brochures, flyers, presentations, case studies, solution briefs, email campaigns, customer proposals, and sales collateral.
• Create and maintain brand-consistent content aligned with corporate branding guidelines and messaging.
• Translate successful customer projects, business outcomes, and product capabilities into compelling customer stories and value propositions.
• Develop engaging content for LinkedIn, company websites, blogs, newsletters, thought leadership articles, and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate the creation of product demos, explainer videos, customer success stories, infographics, and promotional materials.
• Work with branding, creative, and digital marketing agencies to develop high-quality marketing assets and campaigns.
• Collaborate with product, technical, consulting, and delivery teams to extract key messages and convert technical capabilities into business value.
• Manage the creation of executive presentations, solution decks, brochures, one-pagers, and conference materials.
• Support sales and business development with customer presentations, solution positioning, and presales activities.
• Coordinate with technology and business teams to highlight differentiators, customer value, and measurable business impact.
• Organize and manage webinars, workshops, customer events, and joint marketing initiatives with partners and industry associations.
• Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, industry forums, and customer meetings to showcase products and solutions.
