Job summary

Nelnet Business Services (NBS) is seeking a results-driven digital marketing specialist in Dubai to drive demand generation and outbound campaigns. You will build multi-channel outreach, manage prospect pipelines, and collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Account Managers to ensure smooth transitions.

The role requires 2-5+ years in digital marketing, proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot, and a solid grasp of funnel KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations.
• Experience using marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
• Proficiency in managing outreach pipelines and CRM records.
• Ability to analyze marketing metrics and funnel KPIs.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page formatting.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective eligible programs and groups.
• Build and execute multi-touch outreach campaigns across email, phone, social media, and landing pages.
• Coordinate conference presence, webinars, and informational sessions.
• Manage prospect pipelines and CRM records, including lead scoring and database maintenance.
• Develop outreach collateral such as email templates and program summaries.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Account Managers for smooth client transitions.
