The role entails steering day-to-day operations, managing diverse teams, optimizing processes, and delivering projects on time and within budget while expanding market share in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of management experience in landscaping, construction or related fields.
• Proven experience managing a company or large operational team.
• Strong understanding of project management, P&L, budgeting and operations.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Commercially minded with a focus on growth and profitability.
• Highly organized, accountable and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the entire company.
• Lead and manage project, operations, sales, procurement, finance and support teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and quality standards.
• Improve operational systems, processes and accountability across the company.
• Monitor project profitability, costs, productivity and overall performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, profitability and market share.
• Drive new business development and build strong relationships with key clients, consultants, developers and partners.
• Strengthen the company's position in the Dubai landscaping and outdoor living market.
• Recruit, develop and manage a high-performing team.
• Establish clear KPIs and performance targets across departments.
• Improve customer experience and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify opportunities for new services, markets and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure the company maintains high standards of quality, safety and professionalism.
• Provide regular business performance reports and strategic recommendations to management.
