Job summary

Monad Foundation seeks a Business Marketing Lead to drive co-marketing and joint go-to-market efforts across crypto, fintech, and enterprise tech partners. You translate complex integrations into compelling stories, campaigns, and content that showcase Monad's adoption and momentum.

You will own end-to-end campaigns, manage timelines, coordinate with GTM and creative teams, and align external marketing partners to deliver high-quality programs that advance Monad's ecosystem and business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business marketing, partner marketing, or related role, ideally within crypto, fintech, or enterprise tech.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft market-facing stories.
• Experience owning integrated or joint GTM campaigns from planning through launch and measurement.
• Excellent judgement, highly organized, and able to manage many concurrent workstreams.
• Self-directed with the ability to use AI/automation to move work forward.
• Familiarity with DeFi, payments, tokenization, and financial infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own co-marketing and joint GTM campaigns with key integrations and deployments.
• Develop narratives, social activations, case studies, blogs, and other campaigns that showcase Monad's adoption and momentum.
• Drive campaigns end-to-end: timelines, asset development, legal/compliance reviews, launch sequencing, and stakeholder alignment.
• Define objectives, track metrics, and leverage learnings for future programs.
• Collaborate with GTM and creative teams, and liaise with external marketing and business partners.
