Job summary

IMOS Real Estate in Dubai is seeking a hands-on marketing professional to join the team in Business Bay. You will work across paid ads, design, content, funnels, email, AI workflows, reporting and quality control to move the marketing system forward with freelancers as needed.

You will build and review campaigns, craft briefs, help create landing pages and content, and ensure tracking and reporting run smoothly. This is a full-time on-site role in Dubai.

Overview

This is a hands-on marketing role. You sit with the team in Business Bay and help across paid ads, design, content, funnels, email, AI workflows, reporting and quality control. The goal is one capable operator who can move the whole marketing system forward, with specialists or freelancers added when needed.

What you work on

• 01 Build, review and improve Meta and Google campaigns.
• 02 Develop campaign ideas, briefs, statics and first design passes.
• 03 Help create landing pages, funnels, emails and content.
• 04 Use AI and automation to make the work faster and better.
• 05 Check that campaigns, links, forms and reporting actually work.

What you bring

• 01 Hands-on marketing experience, not only project coordination.
• 02 Strong judgment across ads, copy, design and conversion.
• 03 Confidence with AI tools and modern marketing workflows.
• 04 Fluent English and availability for full-time on-site work in Dubai.
