Job summary

Polymarket is seeking a senior growth-engineering leader to build and maintain Go-based data pipelines powering growth analytics in a fast-moving marketplace platform. You will audit martech integrations, architect experimentation infrastructure for A/B testing, and ship full-stack growth features with Go and TypeScript.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across full-stack development, data/analytics infrastructure and martech systems.
• Production-grade expertise in Golang and TypeScript.

• Strong systems thinking and architectural decision‑making skills.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience setting technical direction for growth or data teams.
