Job summary

Metabolic.Health seeks a Head of Growth Marketing in Dubai to own the multi-country strategic growth engine, from digital impressions to booked appointments. You will steer omnichannel paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok, guide SEO, and build measurement foundations with first-party data and server-side tracking.

The role requires close collaboration with Medical, Product, and Finance, delivering quarterly State of Growth updates and ensuring DHA-compliant advertising across markets.

Responsibilities

• Own growth marketing across all markets (UAE, UK, US) from awareness to booked appointments.
• Lead omnichannel paid strategy (Meta, Google, TikTok) and manage CAC, LTV, ROAS.
• Oversee SEO guidance and server-side tracking to improve data accuracy.
• Set up lead scoring (MQL/SQL) to focus spend on high-intent leads.
• Collaborate with Medical, Product, Finance to ensure compliant, optimized journeys.
• Deliver regular growth leadership updates to Founders/Board and translate data into strategy.
