Job summary

Aspire Technology is seeking a commercially minded Product Growth Manager to own the strategy, performance and market expansion of key digital product modules. This role spans both B2B and B2C markets and requires leading products from strategy through execution to drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of product management experience in growth, monetisation or digital products.
• Proven ability to increase user adoption, retention and revenue growth.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps and performance objectives for digital products.
• Strong understanding of B2B and/or B2C business models.
• Proficiency in data analysis and modern product management tools.
• Commercially aware, customer-focused and data-driven decision maker.
• Strong user research, market insights and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, objectives and performance targets for assigned digital product areas.
• Identify new commercial opportunities, monetisation initiatives and support sustainable revenue growth.
• Analyse customer behaviour, market trends and competitive intelligence to inform priorities.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into clear opportunities and requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-impact, commercially valuable features.
• Develop and execute growth strategies across user acquisition, activation, engagement and retention.
• Support expansion across B2B and B2C segments.
• Partner with commercial, marketing, operations and other stakeholders to drive scale and targets.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, using data to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Lead prioritisation and decision-making in a dynamic environment balancing needs and objectives.
• Build relationships across the organisation to align goals and delivery.
