Job summary

ACCELLOR is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, development and evolution of enterprise digital and web-based products. You will work directly with CEOs, C-suite executives and senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into actionable roadmaps.

The role requires extensive experience in product management, technology consulting and business transformation, with strong focus on procurement, operations and enterprise processes.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience managing complex software projects using Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, and Computer Vision projects.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions with governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, roadmap and delivery for digital/web applications.
• Translate business strategy and executive priorities into actionable product roadmaps.
• Partner directly with CEOs, C-suite executives and senior leadership to understand requirements and priorities.
• Lead product discovery, requirements definition, prioritization and roadmap planning.
• Work with UX/UI, architecture, engineering, DevOps and delivery teams.
• Define user journeys, product requirements, acceptance criteria and success metrics.
• Prioritize features and manage product backlogs based on value and impact.
• Drive development and enhancement of modern web and digital platforms.
• Bring procurement and operational process understanding into product design.
