KANZ AL REYADA LLC is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to boost our online presence in the recruitment sector. You will plan and execute social media campaigns, create engaging content, and drive quality leads through TikTok, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.

You’ll manage paid campaigns, monitor performance, optimize reach and engagement, and collaborate with the recruitment team to promote vacancies and services.

Formación

• Hands-on experience managing TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn business accounts.
• Strong practical experience with TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience creating and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
• Good understanding of social media algorithms, audience targeting, engagement strategies, and lead generation.
• Experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, or similar digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content related to job vacancies, recruitment services, career opportunities, company updates, and employer branding.
• Manage TikTok accounts and TikTok advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, audience targeting, monitoring, and optimization.
• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and other relevant advertising platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, leads, and overall return on advertising spend.
• Develop creative content ideas, including short-form videos, reels, TikTok videos, graphics, and recruitment-focused posts.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new digital marketing opportunities and trends.
• Increase the company’s online visibility and build a strong digital presence within the recruitment and staffing industry.
• Generate qualified leads and attract potential candidates through social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Track key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, clicks, leads, cost per lead, and campaign conversions.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to promote urgent vacancies, hiring campaigns, and recruitment services.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, TikTok trends, advertising features, and digital marketing best practices.
