Job summary

Alca Global FZC LLC, a Dubai-based business solutions company, is seeking a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, generate high-quality leads, and enhance brand awareness in Dubai, UAE.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and 2–5 years of digital marketing experience, with strong SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content creation, analytics, and campaign optimization skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2-5 years of digital marketing experience.
Strong understanding of SEO and paid ads across major platforms.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
Manage SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns to increase traffic and conversions.
Create and publish engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Generate qualified leads through paid advertising and organic marketing strategies.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and sales teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Manage the company's website, landing pages, and marketing automation tools.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and industry best practices.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
