Job summary

Ziina is seeking a Talent Specialist to own end-to-end recruiting across teams in a fast-growing startup. This hands-on role covers intake, outreach, sourcing, interviewing, and offers, with AI-assisted workflows to optimize every step.

You will partner with hiring managers, build clear role profiles, and maintain accurate ATS data while continuously improving sourcing, candidate experience, and employer brand across the company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including startup environment
• Strong sourcer; outbound sourcing as main channel
• Comfortable using data and analytics tools to drive insights and decisions
• Experience with TA systems and recruitment automation tools
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategy with business priorities
• Detail-oriented; manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Contributed to a Talent Acquisition function from the ground up with processes and playbooks

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles from intake to accepted offer, maintaining a high-quality process across teams
• Deliver a candidate experience we are proud of at every stage
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and translate into clear role profiles
• Help interviewers evaluate well with scorecards and constructive feedback
• Contribute to leadership recommendations and cross-functional stakeholder input
• Track pipeline metrics and continuously improve hiring outcomes based on data
• Keep ATS and workflows accurate and propose improvements when something breaks
• Manage job boards, agencies, and external recruitment partners and assess value delivered
• Bring ideas on employer brand and candidate experience to improve hiring as a company
