Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Dubai seeks a skilled sales leader to assist in steering the property's segmented sales efforts across group, transient, corporate and association segments.

You will help implement segment strategies, drive revenue goals, and build long-term relationships with key clients to achieve property targets. The role involves day-to-day sales activities, developing plans with the DOS, and leading promotions to attract new business while maintaining guest and employee

Qualifications

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
• OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sales strategies with the sales leader for the segment.
• Assists in creating aggressive solicitation programs to increase business.
• Works with the DOS in planning revenue, customers and market strategy.
• Assists with development and implementation of promotions.
• Provides leadership to maximize revenue potential and sets booking goals for the team.
• Participates in sales calls to acquire or close business.
• Executes and supports proposals, contracts and customer communications.

Education

2-year degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Hotel & Restaurant Management

4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Hotel & Restaurant Management
