Aldar Education seeks an outstanding Group Head - Rewards to lead our Total Rewards, performance management, and workforce planning functions across Abu Dhabi. You will benchmark salaries, oversee bonus schemes, and provide strategic guidance to leadership, ensuring competitive, equitable, and business-aligned people practices.

You will shape reward analytics, policy development, and compliance, collaborating with senior leaders across a diverse education network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field with formal study in reward.
• Global HR qualification (CIPD/SHRM/WorldatWork) preferred.
• Experience in job evaluation, compensation benchmarking and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead Total Rewards, performance management and workforce planning initiatives.
• Benchmark market salaries and oversee bonus/incentive programmes.
• Advise senior leadership with data-informed reward decisions.
• Ensure compliant benefits and insurance programmes.
• Partner with UAE education sector leaders and diverse stakeholders.
