Job summary

Perfect Technical and Landscaping LLC is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to coordinate finance activities across the group and Head Office, ensuring compliance with approved financial procedures and SOPs.

You will monitor internal controls, oversee management reporting, cash flow management, banking facilities and support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for the CFO. UAE experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CMA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, cash flow management, internal controls, and banking activities.
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments, subsidiaries, banks, and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate finance activities between subsidiaries and Head Office.
• Ensure timely submission of financial reports from all business units.
• Monitor compliance with finance SOPs and company policies.
• Prepare and present daily cash position and manage cash flow.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

The ssistant Finance Manager will coordinate finance activities between the Group s subsidiaries and Head Office ensure compliance with approved financial procedures and SOPs monitor internal controls coordinate management reporting manage banking-related activities and support the CFO in financial planning and analysis

Key Responsibilities

• strong Group Finance Coordination strong Coordinate finance activities between subsidiaries and Head Office Ensure timely submission of financial reports from all business units Follow up on outstanding financial matters and management instructions
• strong SOPs Controls Compliance strong Monitor compliance with approved finance SOPs and company policies Conduct periodic internal finance reviews across departments and subsidiaries Verify compliance with financial controls and delegated authority limits Report findings and recommendations to the CFO Follow up on corrective actions until completion
• strong Management Reporting strong Coordinate weekly monthly quarterly and annual management reports Review reports for accuracy completeness and consistency Ensure reports are submitted within required timelines
• strong Cash Flow Management strong Prepare and maintain the Group s daily cash flow report Monitor cash collections receivables supplier payments payroll obligations and bank balances Present the daily cash position to the CFO with key observations and recommendations
• strong Banking Financial Facilities strong Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions Maintain records of overdrafts guarantees loans LCs and other banking facilities Coordinate documentation for facility renewals and banking transactions Monitor facility utilization and compliance with banking covenants

Qualifications

• Strong experience in financial reporting, cash flow management, internal controls, and banking activities.
• Good understanding of finance policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments, subsidiaries, banks, and auditors.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial/accounting systems.
• UAE experience is preferred.
