Let’s Eat Food Brands in Dubai seeks an experienced Group Executive Chef to lead culinary operations across its growing brands, combining strong operational expertise, creativity, commercial awareness, and exceptional leadership skills.

You will drive consistency, quality, and innovation across multiple kitchens, manage food costs and culinary teams, and support new concepts and expansions in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years hospitality experience with 5 years in an Executive Chef role (UAE, GCC and globally).
• Exposure to multi-cuisines, concepts, catering, B2B production, cloud kitchens, and restaurants.
• Strong communication, commercial mindset, and leadership capabilities.
• Proven track record in culinary innovation, R&D, and trendy food concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all culinary operations across the group.
• Develop and implement menus aligned with brand identity, market trends, and customer expectations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and food safety.
• Establish and monitor recipes, food costs, portion control, and kitchen efficiencies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, and culinary teams.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across all kitchens.
• Manage food costs, minimize waste, and improve profitability.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Marketing, and Management teams.
• Ensure compliance with UAE food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Support new concept development, menu launches, and business expansion.
