Job summary

Alliance Recruitment Agency is seeking a Group Chief Financial Officer in Abu Dhabi to oversee the holding company’s financial lifecycle across diversified assets. The role focuses on capital markets fundraising, corporate banking, cross-border tax architecture, and portfolio governance, with a mandate to deliver IPO readiness and IFRS-compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CA, CPA, CFA or an MBA from a top-tier global institution.
• 10–15 years of total progressive financial experience.
• 3–5 years in Investment Banking, Private Equity or Big 4 M&A Advisory.
• 5–8 years in a senior financial leadership role (CFO or Finance Director) within a multi-entity holding structure.
• Advanced expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and complex transaction management.
• MBA / Executive MBA from a top-tier business school strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive equity and debt fundraising activities from pitch to close.
• Manage relationships with external shareholders, banks, PE partners.
• Negotiate and maintain relationships with corporate banking partners.
• Oversee group-wide liquidity management and syndication of credit facilities.
• Design and implement corporate structure using ADGM/DIFC frameworks.
