Job summary

Asfy decoration est in UAE is seeking an experienced GRC Project / Factory Supervisor to oversee factory production and mould operations, ensuring seamless progression to site installation. The role requires coordinating with engineers, supervisors, staff and workers to maintain quality and on-time execution.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of GRC experience in the UAE, strong knowledge of mould making and fabrication, hands-on installation experience, and fluent English

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of GRC experience in the UAE.
• Strong experience in GRC factory operations.
• Excellent knowledge of mould making, fabrication, production, and detailing.
• Hands-on experience in GRC installation and site execution.
• Ability to manage and coordinate projects with engineers, supervisors, staff, and workers.
• Strong understanding of shop drawings, production, installation, and site coordination.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
