Job summary

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of GRP fabrication and installation experience.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/ specifications.
- Physically fit to work outdoors and in varying weather.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate GRP products according to drawings and specifications.
- Install GRP products on site with proper fit and function.
- Repair damaged GRP products using approved techniques and materials.
- Conduct quality checks to meet company standards.
- Maintain clean, safe work environment and adhere to safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Keep records of materials used and work performed.
- Troubleshoot fabrication or installation issues and resolve.
- Continuously improve processes and techniques for efficiency and quality.
