Job summary

Tandem Interim is seeking a GRC Consultant for a 3-month onsite contract based in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on drafting governance policies and maintaining compliance frameworks across multiple subsidiaries, supporting an investment holding group.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years in Governance & Compliance, with hands-on policy drafting experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills to drive stakeholder engagement and governance processes onsite.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in Governance & Compliance.
• Proven hands-on experience drafting governance policy from scratch.
• Experience working across multiple legal entities or subsidiaries within a group.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and maintaining governance policy documentation from initial draft to stakeholder sign-off.
• Building and maintaining compliance obligation mapping and compliance registers.
• Developing and maintaining Delegation of Authority (DOA) documentation and governance frameworks.
• Coordinating governance and compliance activities across diverse operational subsidiaries.
