Tabby in the UAE seeks a Senior Specialist, Information Security (GRC) to lead governance, risk, and compliance activities across the enterprise. You will drive governance, risk management frameworks, regulatory compliance, and third-party risk management, collaborating with legal, audit, and stakeholders to deliver mature GRC outcomes aligned with UAE fintech requirements.

The role involves mentoring juniors, delivering high-quality GRC work products, and advancing the program through policy

Qualifications

• 3+ years in information security governance, risk management, or compliance.
• Experience leading risk assessment cycles and audits.
• Knowledge of CSF, NCA ECC, PDPL, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS.
• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer required; CRISC or CISM required or progressing; CDPSE advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead governance policy development, standards and frameworks (CSF, NCA ECC, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).
• Manage enterprise information security risk assessments and risk register.
• Oversee compliance monitoring for CSF, NCA ECC, PDPL, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS.
• Coordinate audits, evidence collection and remediation tracking.
• Lead cross-functional GRC initiatives and mentor staff.
