• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the hospitality or food industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
• AI design experience is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills.
• Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Job Description:

Job Overview

The Graphic Designer for AlphaMind is responsible for creating visually appealing and cohesive designs for its portfolio of brands that enhance the brand’s image and communicate its values. This role involves producing a variety of design materials, including menus, promotional graphics, social media content, and event collateral. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure all visual materials align with the venue’s branding and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Graphic Design:
• Create high-quality graphic designs for various marketing materials, including menus, flyers, posters, brochures, and advertisements
• Design engaging and visually appealing content for social media, website, email campaigns, and online ads
• Develop visual assets for events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• Work with photographers and videographers to produce high-quality visual content
• Branding:
• Ensure all design work is consistent with the brand guidelines and visual identity of each venue/brand
• Maintain and update brand guidelines as needed to reflect evolving brand standards
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding across all channels
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives
• Collaborate with restaurant managers and chefs to capture authentic and appealing visual representations of menu items and restaurant interiors
• Provide design support for cross-functional teams as needed
• Print and Digital Production:
• Prepare and optimize designs for print and digital production
• Work with printers and other vendors to ensure high-quality production of printed materials
• Manage and organize design files and assets for easy access and retrieval
• Innovation and Trends:
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
• Experiment with new design techniques and tools to keep the brand's visuals fresh and innovative
• Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance visual communication and marketing efforts
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Communicate project progress and updates to the marketing and operations teams

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the hospitality or food industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software
• Skilled in AI design a plus
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity
• Languages: Fluent in English. Arabic is a plus

Work Environment

• Office environment with occasional travel to restaurant locations for photoshoots and meetings
