Job summary

AlphaMind Group in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Graphic Designer to create visually compelling designs for our portfolio of hospitality brands. You will produce menus, flyers, posters, social media visuals, and event collateral while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the hospitality or food industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
• AI design experience is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills.
• Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphic designs for various marketing materials, including menus, flyers, posters, brochures, and advertisements.
• Design engaging and visually appealing content for social media, website, email campaigns, and online ads.
• Develop visual assets for events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Work with photographers and videographers to produce high-quality visual content.
• Branding: Ensure all design work is consistent with brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Collaborate with marketing to maintain cohesive branding across channels.
• Print and Digital Production: Prepare designs for print and digital production and coordinate with printers and vendors.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
