Job summary

Ehrhardt + Partner Group (EPG) in Dubai is seeking a skilled graphic designer to deliver high-quality visual content for a range of creative and digital initiatives. You will design assets for presentations and social media, and produce video materials.

You will collaborate with the Team Lead Creative and Design, stay up-to-date with design trends, and contribute to brand consistency across materials while using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects and Blender.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in graphic design or related creative field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; experience with video tools is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; German is a plus.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality visual content across a wide range of creative and digital initiatives
• Create and design visual assets for presentations
• Produce social media content
• Design video materials
• Develop event collateral
• Create internal communications
• Manage and execute tasks assigned through a structured ticketing system ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Collaborate closely with the Team Lead Creative and Design, Head of Marketing and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
• Contribute to both static and motion-based content including graphics, animations and video editing where required
• Support creative consistency and brand alignment across all materials and touchpoints
• Work closely with the marketing team at HQ while also supporting cross-functional needs including sales and other departments
• Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools and technologies including AI-driven creative solutions

Requirements

• 4 7 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative field
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as tools such as Figma, After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Experience or exposure to AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, ComfyUI or similar platforms
• Solid capabilities in both static design and motion graphics or video editing; experience in 3D tools such as Blender is considered an advantage
• Comfortable working within structured workflows and task management systems
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, creativity and a structured approach to your work
• Fluent in Arabic and English; German is an added advantage
