We value basic video editing, photography, and the ability to apply AI tools to accelerate workflows, maintaining global brand guidelines across regional markets.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of professional creative design experience.
• Experience in retail with combined online and offline marketing channels is a major plus.
• Portfolio submission is mandatory to showcase offline, digital, motion/video, and branding work.
• Strong mastery of typography, visual hierarchy, color theory, and retail branding.

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative, highly versatile Senior Graphic Designer with 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience across both offline and digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate will possess end-to-end creative skills—spanning graphic design, basic video editing/animation, basic photography, and a deep understanding of retail brand systems across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Offline & Print Creative Design: Conceptualize and produce print collateral, packaging, in-store displays, event graphics, and retail visual merchandising materials.
• Digital & Social Creative Content: Design engaging digital ads, social media graphics, web banners, and newsletter visuals adhering to visual identity guidelines.
• Basic Animation & Motion Graphics: Create dynamic motion graphics, short video edits, and promotional animations for digital and social media campaigns.
• Basic Photography & Asset Creation: Capture basic product photography and manage content assets for quick marketing turnarounds.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and elevate global brand guidelines across all customer touchpoints and regional markets.
• Portfolio & AI Integration: Utilize industry-standard design tools and leverage AI generation/editing tools to enhance creative workflow efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 4 to 7 years of professional creative design experience. Experience in retail with combined online and offline marketing channels is a major plus.
• Portfolio: Mandatory submission of a comprehensive design portfolio showcasing offline, digital, motion/video, and branding work.
• Software Expertise: Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar video editing tools).
• Core Competencies: Strong mastery of typography, visual hierarchy, color theory, retail branding, and photography principles.
• AI Skills: Knowledge and practical application of AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill) is a distinct advantage.
