Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a Grants Administrator to support pre- and post-award activities for assigned departments and principal investigators. You will review expenditures, assist with budgets, and coordinate biographical sketches.

This role emphasizes compliance, documentation upkeep, and collaboration with leadership to ensure timely reporting and accurate financial tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre- and post-award grant activities for assigned departments and principal investigators.
• Review expenditure requests and effort review with guidance from leadership.
• Review expenditures against budget constraints.
• Provide pre-award grant support and assist with formatting biographical sketches.
• Maintain master other support documents using University and Federal systems.
• Assist with annual progress reports.
• Build knowledge of compliance in administrative policies and procedures.
• Update and maintain PI current and pending documentation.
