Job summary

Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) in Abu Dhabi is seeking a National Trainee Development Coordinator to identify development needs of UAE Nationals and oversee graduate trainee programs across operational and corporate areas.

You will coordinate with the Scholarship team, track progress, organize familiarization tours, and liaise with recruitment and training partners to ensure timely assignments and successful young talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• 2–4 years experience in relevant industry / operational area.

Responsibilities

• Identify development needs of UAE Nationals and align with trainee programmes.
• Coordinate with EGA Scholarship team for placements, internships and summer programmes; manage training calendars.
• Monitor progress, review development plans and report outcomes to management.
• Organize Familiarization Tours and Career Fairs to attract UAE Nationals and align with recruitment goals.
