Job summary

ADNOC Abu Dhabi UAE is seeking UAE National graduates for an Engineering and Science Graduate Trainee Program aimed at developing future talent in the Oil & Energy sector. This role provides hands-on training and technical exposure, preparing candidates for long-term careers in various engineering disciplines.

Participants will gain industry insights, engage in competency assessments, and receive guidance from seasoned professionals, all aimed at fostering continuous learning and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• UAE National graduate in Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or related engineering disciplines.
• Completion of national service unless exempted by UAE law.
• Medically fit in accordance with job environment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured graduate development programs across engineering and scientific functions.
• Adhere to ADNOC policies, operational standards, and HSE requirements.
• Complete on-the-job training assignments under supervision of experienced engineers.
