Job summary

WSP Middle East is seeking a motivated Graduate Stakeholder Engineer (Emirati National) to support relationships with stakeholders on Roads & Highways projects. You will help coordinate communication, track progress, and assist with regulatory alignment to deliver outcomes.

Ideal candidates are UAE nationals with a Civil or Architectural background, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work in multidisciplinary teams to engage communities and public bodies.

Qualifications

• UAE National (Family Book required)
• Recent graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field
• Understanding of local regulations and stakeholders in Roads & Highways projects
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in project management tools and software

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder management: Support development and maintenance of relationships with stakeholders including government entities and project partners.
• Communication facilitation: Assist as liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and regulators to ensure clear communication of goals and progress.
• Regulatory compliance: Understand local regulations and ensure activities align with requirements.
• Conflict resolution: Assist in addressing conflicts between stakeholders and project teams to maintain momentum.
• Public engagement: Help organize public consultations, meetings, and workshops to gather feedback.
• Documentation and reporting: Prepare reports and presentations related to stakeholder engagement activities.
