Job summary

WSP Middle East seeks a Graduate Stakeholder Engineer (Emirati National) to support relationships with stakeholders in Roads & Highways projects. You will focus on effective communication, collaboration, and alignment among teams to contribute to successful project delivery.

You will engage with government entities, local authorities, and project partners, facilitate public engagement, ensure regulatory compliance, and document progress for project management teams.

Qualifications

• UAE National (with a valid Family Book).
• Recent graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Understanding of local regulations, policies, and stakeholders involved in Roads & Highways projects.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management: Support the development and maintenance of relationships with stakeholders, including government entities, local authorities, community representatives, and project partners.
• Communication Facilitation: Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals, requirements, and progress.
• Regulatory Compliance: Understand local regulations, policies, and standards related to Roads & Highways projects and ensure activities align with requirements.
• Conflict Resolution: Assist in addressing conflicts or issues that arise between stakeholders and project teams, finding mutually beneficial resolutions.
• Public Engagement: Organize and facilitate public consultations, meetings, and workshops to gather feedback and build community support.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to stakeholder engagement activities.
