Job summary

WSP Middle East is seeking a motivated Graduate Stakeholder Engineer (Emirati National) to support relationships with stakeholders involved in Roads & Highways projects. You will help ensure effective communication, collaboration, and alignment among government entities, authorities, communities, and project partners.

As a recent graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, you will learn to navigate local regulations and standards, assist in public consultations, and

Qualifications

• UAE National (with a valid Family Book).
• Recent graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Understanding of local regulations, policies, and stakeholders in Roads & Highways projects.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of stakeholder relationships with government entities, local authorities, community representatives, and project partners.
• Facilitate clear communication between project teams, stakeholders, and regulators.
• Learn and apply local regulations and standards for Roads & Highways projects.
• Assist in addressing conflicts between stakeholders and project teams.
• Organize and help conduct public consultations and workshops.
• Prepare reports and presentations on stakeholder engagement activities.
