Jones Lang LaSalle in Dubai is seeking a motivated real estate investment analyst to lead market research, financial modeling, and transaction support across the MENA region. You will prepare reports for internal teams and clients, coordinating with legal, valuation, and advisory partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with NPV/IRR and cap rates knowledge.
• Argus or similar real estate modeling software is advantageous.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on real estate sectors across the MENA region.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models for property investments.
• Assist in marketing materials and due diligence processes.
• Support deal execution from origination through closing.
• Prepare client presentations and investment committee materials.
• Maintain investor databases and track capital flows.
• Update research systems with market data and transactions.
