Job summary

Qualifications

• UAE National with Family Book is mandatory per Emiratisation.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields suitable for entry‑level proposal development.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to draft and format basic proposal content.
• Ability to follow RFI/RFQ/RFP instructions and compliance requirements.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities under supervision.
• Interest in market research and CRM data systems.

Responsibilities

• Assists with small to medium proposal/LOIs/SOQs and supports capture teams with pre‑RFP planning.
• Creates proposal schedules/templates and develops compliance matrices.
• Supports writing/editing/formatting of resumes and past performance sections.
• Participates in color reviews and coordinates proposal review meetings.
• Maintains CRM data and supports Go/No Go and greenlight analyses.
• Participates in internal debriefs as requested.
• Adheres to quality procedures and follows DOA/contract approvals.
• Self-checks work prior to submission.
