Job summary

AECOM in Dubai is launching a 24-month Advance graduate program for a Graduate Communications Coordinator. The role includes structured learning and mentoring with industry experts to prepare future leaders, restricted to UAE Nationals with a family book. Fully eligible for NAFIS registrations with GPSSA contributions.

The position focuses on developing integrated communications strategies, protecting the brand, and elevating leadership profiles across digital and in-person channels.

Responsibilities

• Learns how to communicate messaging effectively inside and outside the organization using proven writing and editing skills.
• Assists in the completion of team projects and goals.
• Assists in the preparation of messaging and supports implementation of communications plans.
• Builds general communications skills across a range of channels and tactics.
• Assists in the creation of messaging and content including website and social media, editorial, press releases, promotional materials, event materials, collateral, presentations, newsletters.
• Uses organizational tools to report data from communications activities.
