Job summary

Wood is actively seeking Emirati Graduate Project Engineers to join our Abu Dhabi team and support ADNOC projects. The role focuses on planning, coordination, and technical execution within a dynamic, multinational environment.

You will develop practical project management and engineering skills while contributing to safe, efficient project outcomes on diverse oil, gas and energy transition initiatives. This is an excellent starting point for a career in engineering and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Instrumentation) or related discipline.
• 0–2 years of relevant internship or training experience.
• Basic understanding of project lifecycle in EPC/EPCM environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Primavera or MS Project is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and executing engineering and project activities per schedules and objectives.
• Support project engineers and managers in tracking progress, deliverables, and milestones.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, schedules, meeting minutes, and submissions.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of requirements.
• Participate in design reviews, technical discussions and project meetings.
• Assist in monitoring costs, timelines and resource allocation.
